This issue happens with Jet Blue reservations because of some apparent malformed HTML coding in the reservation e-mail. One workaround is to disable the embedded browser in Notes when forwarding or opening the message.
The cause seems to be with the loading of the barcode at the top of the reseravation page.
One workaround is to add the following notes.ini parameter to any Notes Client that touches the e-mail:
NO_DIV_WIDTH=1
